This site is hosted in a VPS by IncogNet in their Netherlands cluster, which I think is a pretty good private hosting service. Paid for using Monero.
DNS services are provided by CloudFlare, all special things (rocket loader, integrity checks, everything) has been disabled. They are only used for DNS.
